HOUSTON, TX, May 20, 2019 –
Identity Automation, provider of RapidIdentity, the most complete Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform on the market, today announced Talin Bingham as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Bingham will oversee Identity Automation’s engineering, product management and execution, software testing, and documentation efforts.
The announcement comes on the heels of record Q1 growth for Identity Automation, as the company continues to rollout its Identity Automation 2.0 growth strategy. This company-wide initiative to scale the business places increased focus on the execution of product development and integration. With today’s news, Identity Automation continues the expansion of its leadership team in support of these efforts.
“We are excited about the experience and wisdom that Talin brings to this role,” said James Litton, CEO at Identity Automation. “Talin is a seasoned CTO with an exceptional track record in on-time product delivery and implementation—both of which are essential to the Identity Automation 2.0 growth strategy. We are confident that his entrepreneurial spirit will help us achieve our vision of continued product evolution and rapid expansion across key markets.”
Bingham brings more than 35 years of technical leadership and 25 years of management experience to Identity Automation. His wide array of expertise includes hands-on development and execution, software business management, creating efficient development processes, team building, architecture and design, and technical and business due diligence.
“Identity Automation has the most powerful and scalable platform in the identity management space, backed by a strong leadership team and the momentum of our recent success.” Bingham stated. “I’m excited to have a hand in the company’s direction during such a pivotal time, ensuring we maximize the quality and delivery of engineering and do so as a cohesive, company-wide effort that make it possible to meet our full potential for growth.”
Identity Automation’s former CTO and co-founder, Troy Moreland, will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.
“I'm honored to have co-founded Identity Automation with Troy; he has played an integral role in our success to-date and inspired a culture of mutual respect, collaboration, and innovation,” said Litton. “From our start as a consulting firm, to building our own IAM platform to address the limitations of existing solutions, Troy has always been a visionary with a passion for making identity management seamless, intuitive, and scalable for organizations of all sizes. With Talin’s appointment, our goal is not knowledge transfer, but rather, knowledge expansion that builds upon this foundation created by Troy.”
